Two facing aggravated robbery charges

Flynn, hearn indicted in May 2012 incident

COMMERCE — Two Commerce residents have been indicted on armed robbery charges in connection with a reported hold-up in May of last year.

Stephanie Leanne Flynn and Isaiah Hearn each received one indictment from the Hunt County grand jury March 22 for aggravated robbery with a deadly weapon.

Flynn, 22, and Hearn, 23, were alleged in the indictments to have used a pistol to threaten a male victim on May 6, 2012.

Arraignment hearings concerning the indictments had not been scheduled as of Wednesday.

Aggravated robbery is a first degree felony, punishable upon conviction by a maximum sentence of from five to 99 years to life in prison and an optional fine of up to $10,000.
