DALE REX

COMMERCE —  Dale Rex, 79, of Ladonia passed away April 9, 2012, in Dallas.

Dale was born in Commerce on March 2, 1933, to Willie Johnnie and Tinia Byers Whitefield  Rex. Dale loved riding back roads and watching deer.

He was married to Patsy Ann Daniel Rex for close to 60 years.

Survivors include his wife; his son, Rickey Dale Rex and wife Liz; his three grandchildren, Brad Rex (Missy), Chris Rex (Ashley) and Aislinn Hobday (Sean); and his great-grandchildren, Katie, Dustin and Jayden Rex.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his son, Jimmy; and his brother, W.J. Rex.

Funeral services are at 2 p.m. today at the First Baptist Church of Commerce, with Rev, Jeff Johnson officiating. Interment will follow in Rosemound Cemetery.

Jones-Walker & Son Funeral Home of Commerce is in charge of arrangements.
